Are you our next Digital HR Transformation Manager?

Location: Dublin 2, as part of our hybrid working model.

Grade: Manager

Contract type: Two year specified purpose contract

KPMG’s HR department are undergoing a system change and upgrade and will be implementing SAP Success Factors across the organisation. We are looking to hire a Digital HR Transformation Manager who has experience delivering Digital HR Transformation programmes.

Please note that this will be an in-house position.

We ideally need you to have the following on your CV:

  • Experience in HCM or ERP Platforms solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors (preferred), SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft, S4Hana
  • Experience in delivering HR technology enabled transformation and change projects, digital strategies, roadmaps, and transformation plans
  • Programme/Project Manager experience with proven delivery capability
  • Previous business analysis, solution design and/or change management and business readiness experience a must
  • 6-10 years’ experience in Programme Management/Project Management/Change Management
  • Professional services experience is desirable
  • Experience defining, mobilising, and leading projects with an understanding and appreciation for governance
  • Business stakeholder engagement and management, scope definition, resource, and budget management
  • “Big picture” and detailed thinking and execution
  • Exceptional senior stakeholder engagement and communication experience


Responsibilities

  • Act as Programme Lead for the implementation of Success Factors across the organisation.
  • Work closely with our in-house HR department to ensure that Success Factors is fit for purpose.
  • Create project deliverables for each sub-team within the implementation project.
  • Identify implementation gaps and opportunities throughout the project
  • Ensure that project timelines are upheld, and deliverables agreed and actioned with an agreed timeframe.
  • Identify critical success criteria and KPIs to ensure seamless transition and successful adoption of the new system
  • Design best-in-class digital HR operating models, digital innovation governance frameworks, and experience management structures
  • Support fit-for-purpose HR technology solutions that align with firm strategy
  • Experience in delivering Business readiness and change management as part ofHR technology enabled transformation
  • Work on a large transformation programme to implement SAP across the organisation – dealing with the project leads across the People Function and working with the overall project team
