Customer Deposits Analyst – Product & Markets (Openbank)

We are the 100% digital bank of the Santander Group and we are currently undergoing a technological transformation and international expansion process. Mission and responsibilities:
As a Customer Deposits Analyst, you will increase and manage liabilities balance.

The main tasks of this position will be the following:
INCREASE AND MANAGE LIABILITIES BALANCE

Oversee, monitor and analyze sales results, with focus on input KPIs, e.g. funnel, conversion rates, campaigns, etc., differentiating by channel, both internal (app, web and contact center) and external (SEM, SEO, aggregators, display, etc.) to provide insights to management team.
Launch or improve new products to achieve annual and monthly liabilities goals, reviewing business cases and aligning with rest of the areas, e.g. finance, commercial, etc.
Propose new business opportunities: campaigns, e.g. targeted to niche propensity segments; change in product characteristics, eg. price or new products that cover unresolved customer needs.
Analyze liabilities’ competitors (financial and non-financial players), voice of the customers (via app rating, social network comments and contact center feedback) and post-mortem campaigns’ analysis, e.g. customer behavior monitoring after end-campaigns to ensure initiatives are in line to provide positive client experience.
Being the main point of contact between the salesforce and business departments (analyze sales performance, prepare reports on it, understanding the key insights of them to propose improvement actions, etc.)
Monitor strategic priorities and the budget achievement at business and country level.

To be successful in the role you must have

+3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
University or master’s degree in Business administration or engineering.
Analytical capabilities.
Good communication skills both written and oral.
Excellent Microsoft Office tools capabilities: Advanced Excel & Power point (Power BI and Access is a plus).
Ability to manage several assignments simultaneously and to assign priorities under challenging timetables and short deadlines.
Professional maturity, commitment, rigorous and detail-oriented.
High level of English.
