YOUR TALENT

  • Several years of experience in similar function with proven record of successful project delivery

  • Experience on business transformation / change management

  • Good understanding of business / planning processes in fashion, consumer-goods or retails industry

  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills to effectively operate in cross-functional (Global & local business functions, Finance, IT, Enterprise Architecture, etc) & cross-cultural environments

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira & Confluence)

  • Hands-on knowledge with reporting solutions (e.g. Oracle Cloud, MS OLAP Cube) is a plus

  • Hands-on and service mindset that drives to perform

  • Business fluency in English

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Team-player with a joyful approach

YOUR MISSION

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven member who is capable on requirements engineering, project & change management as well as stakeholder communication to join our Global Business Solutions team, and shape the future of Puma planning landscape.

Project & Requirements Management:

  • Contribute in S&OP process planning framework related projects, such as implementing new planning processes along with KPI definitions.

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Gather and document detailed business requirements, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.

  • Rollout of Puma S&OP process framework to international functions and markets

  • Rollout of digital solutions that facilitate & support Puma planning processes, with primary focus on S&OP

Test Management:

  • Develop and execute test plans for S&OP solutions, including functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

  • Identify, document, and track defects, and work with developers to ensure timely resolution.

  • Ensure that the S&OP solution meets the defined requirements and performs as expected.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, merchandising, supply chain, finance) to ensure alignment and effective execution of the S&OP plan.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations, gather feedback, and ensure project success.

  • Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
