TASKS WITH IMPACT
- Together with IT leadership, you develop the strategic direction for Finance, Controlling, HR, and Investor Services and actively implement it within your area of responsibility.
- You stay up-to-date with the latest in finance and HR software solutions, propose innovative and sustainable options to your business partners, and take the lead in their implementation together with your team, coordinating closely with other domains.
- As a communication professional, you are confident in engaging with international stakeholders and can present your ideas with poise and impact.
- For you, leading a team means not only managing them but also continuously developing them, celebrating successes, and empowering your employees to become the innovators of tomorrow.
- You proactively support the growing demands within and across your area of responsibility with a forward-thinking personnel strategy.
- You are accountable for the operation and advancement of existing platforms, as well as the introduction of new solutions—always in close collaboration with your respective department.
- You keep your budget firmly in view, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and further develop the long-term vision for your domain. You are motivated to shape and implement these initiatives over the coming years.
YOUR SKILLS
- A successfully completed IT-oriented degree with a relevant focus or comparable qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in leading and purposefully developing teams.
- External expertise in SAP structures, ideally with experience in SAP rollouts and processes.
- Thorough understanding of the retail industry is a must.
- Experience in project management as well as knowledge of both agile and traditional methods.
- High motivation to drive change and a talent for organizing and coordinating parallel projects.
- Attention to detail to ensure compliance with local and international legal requirements.
- Confident and professional demeanor, particularly in communication with decision-makers and management.
- Strong understanding of the entire corporate value chain and the broader business environment.
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
