Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Lead impartial, fact-based investigations into “high-risk central” allegations of internal misconduct, including policy violations and/or criminal wrongdoing - as assigned by the SpeakUp Office (SUO) - across all business functions and at all levels of seniority.
Close collaboration with business stakeholders such as SpeakUp, Legal, Compliance, People and Organization (P&O), QA, TechOps, Corporate and Commercial functions as well as relevant competent external authorities.
The ability to write comprehensive, concise and fact-based investigation reports on proper English language.
Investigate other internal and external security threats that involve or could impact upon Sandoz, as assigned by the Global Head of Corporate Security and Investigations.
Provide professional security and investigations advice and guidance across a broad range of security issues, at all levels of the business.
Champion professional investigation training in Sandoz and deliver training using the approved investigation training materials, (i.e. for associates assigned to conduct SUO cases).
Mentor and advise business partners at all levels in the conduct of SUO investigations and the reporting of related findings.
Drive thought-leadership across industry to position CS as best-in-class in core areas and expand established networks across a range of competent authorities.
Promote Corporate Security in line with the approved strategy, presenting CS as a dependable, authentic business partner that provides essential value-added, services.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent in international security/fraud investigations field and/or proven investigations experience in a relevant field. Omni-competent preferred as both a professional investigator and a seasoned security operative.
Minimum of 5-10 years relevant international experience in both investigations and security (settings include: corporate security, law enforcement, military, security-consulting, legal, audit, compliance, finance, regulatory, etc.).
Anti-bribery and corruption (ABAC/FCPA) investigation experience in a commercial setting
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with colleagues across different levels of the organization
Strong presentation, mentoring and coaching skills
Full proficiency in English, including business report writing skills is essential, other region-specific languages, in particular German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Arabic are desirable.
Desirable Requirements:
CFE/PCI or equivalent
Mature network within relevant agencies
