Station Maintenance Manager - MAD

An exciting opportunity to work in an Engineering Line Maintenance environment in a leadership role as the Station Maintenance Manager (SMM) in Madrid . You will be the leader of a highly motivated and professional team, liaising directly with the Duty Engineers, Licenced Engineers, Mechanics and support staff. You will be working collaboratively with your peers within your area, reporting to the Area Maintenance Manager (AMM).

You will be responsible for all aspects of MAD’s day-to-day management, station focal for AOG management; with responsibility for delivering, Quality, Operational, Financial performance and People development and performance. In addition, you will work closely with all stakeholders inside and outside Engineering, including, CS & Ops and IAG group partners. Externally, you will work with the local Airport authority, suppliers, customers.

The successful individual will have a passion for delivery and will act as a role model to their team, focused on achieving the highest standards of safety and operational excellence, leading by example.
