The Organization area inside ITO (IT & Operations) supports CIB (Corporate Investment Banking) in several projects as well as in daily issues.

MISSION

The Project Manager is in charge of the following tasks:

  • Management & coordination of a variety of projects*
  • Functional analysis, implementation, coordination and follow-up of a range of processes as well as some systems
  • jurisdiction management, user support as well as BAU incidents management and follow up.
  • Depending on the project, the specific role is local project management or local PM for central projects.

Projects, process & systems could relate to Banking Operations, Regulatory Reporting & Finance mainly but they could also relate to other areas.

Responsibilities

PMO: project planning and tasks coordination (management of work streams, coordination and schedule of required meetings, presentations, meeting minutes, projects status update to the management, status dashboards, etc.)

Functional analyst: business requirements analysis, project scope definition, creation of process flow documents and presentations, solution proposals, impact assessment, etc.

Liaison between internal clients and IT (Local and Central)

Contribution to centrally managed projects, assistance to final users to perform testing and validate results

Operational support

Regulatory policies analyst

In general, contribution to process improvement, standardize, automation, etc.G16

Requirements
