Misión y actividad

Airbus Crisa (TSPI) is the organization within Airbus DS - Space Systems in charge of design, development and production of Avionics Equipment for Space applications, both to Airbus DS internal customer and for external customers.

Within Operations and Programs section, Industrial Management & Planning is the department in charge of production management and overall planning.

In the frame of Electronic Equipment Industrial Management & Planning you will be responsible for:

Deploy and maintain the E2E Master Plan to keep an integrated End to End Master Schedule of all projects across all affected functions in TSPI.
Work in close coordination and develop a collaborative relationship with other sections: Regular exchange with CTO, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality and COO to get update of project schedules w.r.t E2E Master Plan. Managed and lead other planning contributors up to the E2E MP integration.
Plan and schedule as well as contribute to request materials demand (BOM) to start to assist Supply Chain developed schedules (with CTO).
Plan and schedule as well as coordinate materials availability to assist production developed schedules (with Supply Chain).
Plan, schedule as well as balanced the production and validation activities along MAIT to maintain the optimum flow (within COO).
Coordinate plus lead usual master plan meetings to assess actual in opposition to planed and convey changes or updates to MPS.
Propose mitigation plans when applicable, escalate risks and put in place corrective and/or preventive actions if necessary.
Maintain the operational excellence and ensure the customer (projects) satisfaction by contributing to Operations delivering electronic modules on time, on cost, on quality.
Supervise and report actual results from Master Production Schedule.
Propose and deploy improvements of the processes and tools related to Production Planning.
Deploy the Airbus Defence & Space quality policy (Quest), make Lean a mindset, develop synergies between production sites, share best practices.
Guarantee application of working methods and processes, ensure success of the annual audits (EN9100, ISO14001) and of any other process audits
Participate to the workload reviews and optimize the resources accordingly
Be able to take decision to priory some actuals activities which can be blocking points in this scope.
Propose and help to solve some conflicts to the concerned teams (inside Programs) if necessary.
