Position Overview

Client facing job. The Implementation Manager is accountable for the co-ordination of the end-to-end implementation of clients. This is done in a project management manner, as mandated by clients in the region and allocated by the Head of Implementation. Act as a project leader for implementation processes and secure a fast and accurate implementation with customers. Manages also in a coordinated way the maintenance of existing Corporate Cash Management products and services for clients and provides support to the rest of Implementation Manager. Take care of client satisfaction so that it is easy to do business with DB and service is the reason to stay

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Reports to the Head of Implementation Function within RTM.
  • End-to-end co-ordination and overall accountable of implementation projects, as allocated by the Head of Implementation. Act as liaison with the implementation managers in foreign countries and other dynamic Client Deal Team members. During the implementation phase the Implementation Manager leads the Client Deal Team, arranges and chairs (client) meetings, such as the kick-off meeting and progress meetings. But also internal meetings with stakeholders, in co-ordination with Sales, Customer Service and Coverage team
  • Act on progress of the project: coordinate documentation to and from client, monitor the project and update client regularly. Be single point of contact for client
  • Coordinate KYC/NCA process in foreign countries
  • Perform product set up activities including technical onboarding activities that are part of the cash management structure and coordinate these activities in foreign countries
  • Coordinate flow of documentation to and from client, prepare all product and KYC documentation, collect and verify the information received from clients
  • Show ownership of requests received


Your Skills and Experience:

  • Good Project Management experience, in Cash Management or similar environment (e.g. treasury)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbally and in written. Strong client focus
  • Ability to withstand stress, organize and set priorities to meet deadlines/targets whilst remaining responsive, calm and attentive to client needs, proactive mind-set
  • Ability to take full ownership and responsibility across the Cash Management organization, Accurate, first time right attitude.
  • Make decisions with guidelines and policies to avoid risks
  • Continuous improvement capabilities
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office and data mining abilities
  • High Degree certification in the economics areas will be an asset as well as other languages such as German apart from Spanish and English.
