Standalone position, supported by recruiter

4 days on site - Dublin City Centre

Responsibilities:

• Employee life-cycle management
• Creating policies and procedures
• Creating training, development and succession plans
• Performance management and employment relations management
• Acting as an advisor to the business and stakeholders
• Management of general HR queries
• Management of payroll, leave and benefits packages

Requirements:

• Experience working in a similar capacity,as a standalone HR rep, preferably within the Financial Services industry
• Keen knowledge of labour law, ER and employee life cycles
• Needs to be self sufficient and personable
