Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Group HR Business Partner to join our growing Group HR Team.

The role will report to the Global Head of Technology HRBPs and will work closely with our Group HR team, our Group functions colleagues based in Spain and Sweden. This is a position where you have a chance to make an impact and deliver on our HR strategy and best practices at Group level.

Key Responsibilities

The Group HRBP will be a key member and will be instrumental in developing and delivering top-class HR-processes and initiatives in a complex business to enable the managers and colleagues across Group Technology. The successful candidate will actively partner with our Group leaders, getting under the skin of the organization to truly understand our strategy and impact on achieving our business goals, employee engagement and development.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Establish a trusted advisory partnership with Technology leaders, managers and employees to provide strategic and operational HR support.
  • Translate business needs into actionable plans and support fit-for purpose implementation
  • Accountability for delivering the annual people calendar activities such as performance management, talent development, merit and bonus campaigns, annual engagement survey and to set up follow up actions (Sustainable Engagement action plans, Promotions, Individual development plans, Individual development plans, retention plans, among others).
  • Provide guidance organizational design/re-design and change management in your business areas through strong project management and communications skills.
  • Support in designing and following up on the People Headcount budget, partner with the Talent Acquisition team on talent planning and attraction activities, unblock bottlenecks during the recruitment process and drive final stage interviews and extend offer letters.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights and make informed recommendations.
  • Support leaders and teams with workshops, career and development sessions, engagement team initiatives
  • Provide execution support to other Group HR teams (Talent & Learning, Compensation & Benefits, Comms, ESG…) on cross-functional projects.

Position based in Madrid.

Candidate profile

Experience and Qualifications

  • 3 – 5 years of experience working in a human resources team collaborating with technology teams.
  • Fluent English and Spanish. Our positions require a high level of interaction with stakeholders from all over the world, it’s key that English is up to high standards (C1 equivalent or more).
  • Experience liaising and communicating with multiple stakeholders ideally in a matrix international organization.
  • Data driven with a high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. You should be able to use data to demonstrate insights, inform decisions and visualize it to influence others through storytelling
  • A degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics would be preferred.
  • Experience giving strategic HR support to business leaders,
  • Experience having a central role in HR transformation/Change management
