Finance Process Optimization Analyst Full-time Job

This position is part of the Global Finance Innovation COE and is primarily responsible to support the global finance business process optimization / standardization, to cover finance resource gaps and actively participate in global projects (S4 Hana and Central Finance). This position will support the global finance innovation streams (P2P - Procurement to Pay, R2R - Record to Report and O2C - Order to Cash) in the organization optimization by standardizing, simplifying and automating processes, ensuring consistency and standardization of onboarding activities, and defining the optimal organization structure within finance. In addition, the role will support the execution of global projects (S4 Hana and Central Finance).

Key Responsibilities

  • Active participation on global projects (S4 Hana and Central Finance)
  • Global finance process optimization and standardization
  • Support finance resource gaps
  • Serve as finance subject matter experts where needed
  • Develop and implement process metrics
  • Design and implement dashboards
  • Implementation of new technologies and ways of working
  • Drive process and organization change
  • Present to process stakeholders reports on the progress as well as problems and solutions
  • Ensure that the finance innovation driven projects deliver the committed goals

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience on finance optimization
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project team and BPI environment
  • Advance knowledge of English language
  • Excellent PC skills (MS Office including Power pivot, Power BI, Oracle/SAP)
  • Technical and business thinking
  • A strong team player with the ability to learn and work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Experienced in developing successful methods of collaboration among global clients and coworkers
  • Knowledge in SAP (FI-CO) and SAP Central Finance is a plus
  • Knowledge in Oracle Financials
  • Knowledge of other language rather than English is a plus
