For a minimum of 6 months duration we offer the position of a Working Student / Intern (m/f/d) in our Operational-/Non-financial (NFR)-Risk Management Team. This vacancy is available immediately.
As an intern / working student in the Risk Management Department, you will support our team in efficient management of Operational-/Non-Financial Risks (NFR) to reduce potential risk exposure - and thus generate added value for our stakeholders.
Job Description
- Support: As part of your job, you will assist in all aspects of the area of NFR management Including the development and implementation of new projects in the area of NFR management.
- Analysis: You will carry out analysis together with our team to identify, measure, monitor and report NFRs (e.g. risk related to outsourcing, compliance, IT, introduction of new products and services etc.).
- Further development: You will be involved in the further development of NFR-Framework and other interesting projects (e.g. integrating new branches to the group structure).
- Creativity: You will support our team in creating reports and in on-going development of the existing tools.
- Knowledge transfer: Through your work, you will gain comprehensive insights into the risk management of NFR and become a part of an expert team.
Qualification
- Students in one of the following areas with excellent results: economics, finance, risk management, mathematics, computer science, or natural sciences with at least two semesters left of studying
- Students with completed vocational training (Berufsausbildung) in the banking industry will be preferred
- Interest in risk management by financial institutions
- Enjoy complex tasks, understanding and interest in risk management and strive for professional development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, e.g. Excel and PowerPoint
- Professional level/fluency in German and English
- Proactive Team player with an entrepreneurial and inquisitive mind-set who is able to work independently
- Willingness to work in the office on weekly basis
