This is a very exciting role for a candidate who enjoys a broad HR Business Partner role and project areas of Engagement, DE&I, Wellness, CSR, and Employment Law.
The Role Includes
- General HRBP BAU tasks
- Leading and partnering with the business on all elements of engagement, company values and goals, DE&I, CSR and Wellness
- Identifying process improvements where needed
- Updating and designing of company policies, procedures and updating the employee handbook in line with employment legislation
- Management of employee surverys and data insights gathered
- Lead on compensation and benefits while also liaising with third party providers for market insights
- Support and advise line managers and the senior leadership team on all people matters & agenda including employment law
- Management of Internal communications
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and dealing with third party providers where required
- Leading on-boarding & off-boarding of employees.
Requirements
- Educated to a Masters Level in HRM & CIPD certified
- Minimum 5 years in a general HR role
- Pharma/Medtech exposure would be an advantage
- Strong Irish Employment Law understanding & experience with
- Commit to 3 days on-site per week.
