We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our Dublin based People Experience team for a 9 month contract position.

People Experience is part of the global People Team and is the face for managers and employees across the company. Our team members are responsible for being experts in EMEA people-related jurisdictional knowledge and support nearly 4,000 employees across 13 countries on processes and queries related to the employee lifecycle.
As part of a dynamic team, you provide a full range of HR support. You will also support with providing an outstanding onboarding experience for external and internal candidates and make sure candidates are set up for success with the company.
Responsibilities
Provide onboarding support ensuring candidates have a full understanding of the onboarding process and candidate communication and employment related documentation are provided in line with defined service level agreement.
Responds to and resolves HR related inquiries from employees, managers, Centres of Expertise (e.g. Compensation, Benefits, Talent Engagement and Payroll) and vendors via phone and Case Management System against agreed Service Level Agreements.
Maintains and updates data to ensure accurate HR records (Workday), employee files, reporting and compliance.
Responsible for full employee lifecycle including administering and executing HR programs related to compensation, benefits and leaves.
Coach and mentor People Leaders providing advice on employment policies, processes and best practice.
Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders including Operations Managers, PBP’s, Legal and external vendors ensuring the delivery of effective, efficient and professional end to end HR service.
Participate and/or lead projects & initiatives to improve operational effectiveness.
Continuously promote and drive engagement in cultural programs and initiatives to help build and sustain a positive culture.
Experience required:
Be approachable, personable, energetic with the highest standard of integrity. A people person with a growth mindset, accessible and open to our team members, always willing to listen, assist and support with an overall customer centric approach to the HR service delivery.
Attention to detail & a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
An individual with a sense of ownership and responsibility with a proven record of working on your own initiative.
Organised, innovative and results driven with the ability to manage multiple assignments in a dynamic, fast paced environment with productivity skills to deliver to deadlines is essential

Experience required:
- 3+ years Human Resources / Recruiting experience
- Degree or certificate in Human Resources or related discipline preferred
