Industry Talent Marketing Coordinator - Dublin
Reports To: Industry Talent Manager
Grade: 6
The salary scale for this role is €34,941 – €55,015; with Long Service increments of LSI1:
€56,819 and LSI2: €58,617. New Entrants to the Public Sector commence on the first point of the Scale
Purpose

In this role, you will administer and support the Industry Talent Manager in the delivery of a suite of programmes in the Bord Bia Talent Academy; help participants identify with Bord Bia and maximise the Bord Bia Global Hub.
What you’ll do
Administer Bord Bia’s internationally recognised suite of Industry Talent Academy programmes.
- Communicate with client facing colleagues and directly with Irish food, drink and horticulture companies where appropriate, promoting the value and impact of Talent Academy programmes..
- Maintain regular contact with the Talent Academy Academic partners and regularly update operational plans.
- Co-ordinate and administer the Bord Bia International Graduate Programme and its key activities, including; Stakeholder/manager updates, shortlisting and interview chair, Graduate development plans and rotation projects, welfare, expenses and IT equipment.
- Support PR and media related activities for the Talent Academy programme recruitment and selection campaigns.
- Support Industry Talent Manager with budgeting management, reporting and forecasting, including invoice and PO administration across all talent programmes.
- Recording minutes for all internal Talent Academy meetings and with all academic service providers and track actions.
- Support the induction process for each Talent Academy programme, inclusive of initial on-boarding and organising of on/off site visits.
- Regularly update, organise networking events and report the progress of alumni from previous programmes delivering on WMD 3 and Bord Bia’s priority to develop leaders in and for the industry.
- Support the Industry Talent Manager with internal reporting requirements and scheduling of review meetings.
- Support HR Director in the administration of business critical capability training programmes.
