Your mission, roles and responsibilities

We are looking for a Group Operations Talent & Organization Development Manager to join our team!

Our Forvia Group Operations activity in Nanterre (Parisian area) is looking for a new team-member in a challenging worldwide perimeter.

You will bring strong added value to Group Operations Leadership Team, in their endeavor on attracting, engaging, and developing Talents, fostering a people-centric culture. This, to reach Forvia’s business and people ambition.

You will be supported in your development by the Group Operations Talent & Organization Development Director.


Your missions:

  • Identify and develop Top Talents for the company
  • Anticipate future needs in terms of organizations and people to allow business strategy and ensure that the organization as the right resources and key talents for the business of today and tomorrow
  • Support organization in change management and develop organization effectiveness through an organization design and a new culture
  • Define the company People Development vision and strategy for dedicated Functions, according to Company strategic plans and initiatives
  • Develop and implement People Development Standards, Policies and Programs in accordance with defined strategy
  • Design people management models and guidance around core HR development activities: talent identification, leadership development, job objectives & performance evaluation
  • Act as a counselor to management for all subjects related to talent management, learning, talent acquisition and knowledge management
  • Contribute, taking part of the leadership project Team to organization transformation, effectiveness and strategic organizational projects
  • Ensure proper succession plans are in place for critical and senior roles
  • Design, lead and implement Operations Learning Strategy to support Talent Development, mobilities and ensure business excellence.
  • Define and implement corporate HR programs in order to attract, develop and retain a diverse high performance and high-potential workforce

Your profile and competencies to succeed

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Master’s degree with a specialization in HR Management/Human Resources, Psychology or Business


Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a HR lead role followed by a leadership experience in Talent/Organizational Development (TOD), being exposed to fundamental disciplines as Learning, Talent acquisition, D&I, HRBP
  • Experience with a combination of change management and organizational development expertise in a large, global organization or functional business unit will be a plus.
  • Previous experience in HR generalist positions
  • Experience of leading cultural change at an organizational level
  • Experience in a multicultural and matrix environmen

  • Excellent strategic thinking, planning and execution skills from the ability to anticipate the talent and organization implications, strategic challenges and priorities to stakeholder management and execution
  • Strong team mindset & wish to work in an international/multicultural environment
