EUROAPI is a new player in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), carve out from Sanofi with the purpose of becoming a worldwide champion in API commercial and Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) activities with :
- Head office in Paris
- 6 European API production sites located in Brindisi (Italy), Frankfurt (Germany), Haverhill (UK), St Aubin les Elbeuf (France), Budapest (Hungary) and Vertolaye (France).
- Sales and CDMO teams present in 11 countries to cover our customers in 80 countries.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to support the activities of our company. Under the direct reporting of the Head of Talent Management, the Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for supporting the entire recruitment process within the company. He/she participates in the development of the employer brand with the corporate communication team and promotes best practices in manager induction and training. The jobholder develops the necessary tools with the support of the HRIS team (Workday) and manages contracts with service providers (LinkedIn, job boards, headhunters, etc.). As a Talent Acquisition Manager, your main responsibilities will be: Lead the recruitment business process:
- Act as a central resource to support the overall recruitment process.
- Develop the necessary tools with the support of the HRIS team (Workday, LinkedIn…).
- Manage contracts with service providers (LinkedIn, job boards, headhunters, etc.).
Develop Employer brand communication:
- Build and contribute to employer brand communication with the support of corporate communication team.
- Manage and promote employer brand via the professional social networks of the company.
Manage Talent Acquisition network and promote best practices:
- Lead and animate the Talent Acquisition network worldwide.
- Promote Talent acquisition best practices (HR & manager training, onboarding…).
- Support all teams in their Talent Acquisition practices, including Business Units.
Partner and supervise:
- Establish partnerships with schools and service providers at European and French national level.
- Supervise the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) approach according to volumes and locations.
Manage white-collar recruitments in France and support functions at our international sites in conjunction with HRBPs :
- Understand recruiting needs.
- Source and attract talents.
- Contact, shortlist and interview candidates in the early stages of the recruitment process.
Our requirements: Education / Experience:
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least 5 years relevant experience
- Experience in Projet management
Technical skills & Competencies / Language:
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Fluency in French & English
Behavioral Competencies:
- A good communicator with effective stakeholder management & a business partner approach
- Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional, international team
