Our client is a leading insurance broker that provides a wide range of services including personal and commercial insurance as well as financial services support. They are seeking professional and driven candidates to join their growing team as a Financial Services Administrator.
As a Financial Services Administrator you will be a key member of the Financial Services team, providing high standards of service to clients throughout the entire process with the company.
Responsibilities
- Managing new business applications in Pension, Investments and Life Assurance & ensuring these are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensuring effective communication with our Financial Services Consultants.
- Communicating with clients over the phone and email, keeping them updated on the progress of their applications.
- General financial services administration.
- A professional and positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Adhering to Central Bank supporting Financial Services Consultants with and ad hoc administration duties.
Requirements
- QFA qualified or pursuing.
- Have 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Have excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Be client and company focused.
- Have great attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
- Be proficient in excel & word.
