Our client is a leading insurance broker that provides a wide range of services including personal and commercial insurance as well as financial services support. They are seeking professional and driven candidates to join their growing team as a Financial Services Administrator.

As a Financial Services Administrator you will be a key member of the Financial Services team, providing high standards of service to clients throughout the entire process with the company.

Responsibilities

  • Managing new business applications in Pension, Investments and Life Assurance & ensuring these are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensuring effective communication with our Financial Services Consultants.
  • Communicating with clients over the phone and email, keeping them updated on the progress of their applications.
  • General financial services administration.
  • A professional and positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Adhering to Central Bank supporting Financial Services Consultants with and ad hoc administration duties.

Requirements

  • QFA qualified or pursuing.
  • Have 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Have excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Be client and company focused.
  • Have great attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
  • Be proficient in excel & word.
