Job Details

This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate Project Manager (digital) to work with one of our largest international auto clients on a global team which oversees the conception, production, and delivery of CRM campaigns using email, print, push and other channels.

We’re looking for someone with exceptional organisational and project management skills as well as enthusiasm, an eagle eye for detail, technical aptitude, and a commitment to creative excellence to help us deliver game-changing marketing solutions for our client partners.

ResponsibilitiesInclude

  • Project managing high value email marketing campaigns
  • Undertaking administrative and organisational tasks and maintaining project trackers and timelines with complete accuracy
  • Serving as point person across teams to ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines, is completely error-free, and delivered on time to the highest standard
  • Communicating with internal and client teams effectively to ensure expectations are set and all deadlines are met
  • Building strong relationships and working effectively with internal teams, departments, and clients across multiple locations and time zones
  • Identifying and supporting new business opportunities as and when required

Qualifications

  • Project management experience, ideally in a professional environment
  • Strong desire to work in digital project management
  • An interest in / aptitude for email marketing and digital marketing technologies
  • A team player first and foremost who’s willing to go the extra mile for colleagues and clients
  • Highly organised, dependable, reliable and proactive
  • Excellent listening as well as written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience using PM tools as an advantage
  • Previous Agency experience in a client facing role beneficial, but not required
