As a Test/Target Enablement Developer you will work in close partnership with web producers, product managers, digital marketers, web designers, and engineers under the guidance of a web production manager.

Enabling test and personalized experiences in Target across Adobe.com, the responsibility of this role is to deliver optimisation projects on time and budget through efficient Adobe Target authoring and effective management of project schedules.

What you'll Do

  • Work alongside some of the best digital teams in the industry, in a truly global setting.
  • Enablement of testing and personalisation across all adobe.com countries with special focus on the European market, whilst working with local marketing teams.
  • Work collaboratively with regional offices, in-country resources and the international web and optimisation teams to improve usability as well the customer experience.
  • Get involved in Adobe's global website testing and personalisation.
  • Use Adobe products every day!
  • Develop and Manage A/B Testing and Personalization experiences using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML for Adobe’s properties.
  • Adhere to Adobe design, production, and engineering guidelines as provided and communicated by the International Web Team & Document Cloud Engineering standards.
  • Partner with the Data Management and Data Science teams to support analytics and measurement across customized site experiences.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to delivering custom site experiences across single and multiple page journeys.
  • Communicate with upstream and downstream teams regarding the execution against the desired testing strategy.
  • Manage and lead technical effort working with IT partners, site management and creative to ensure timely execution of testing and/or personalization cadence.
  • Work in a consultative manner with a cross-functional set of teams to ensure the correct desired experience is delivered.
  • Follow strict content publishing and project schedules.
  • Pro-actively find opportunities to continuously optimise Adobe.com across its pages and configuration.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Candidates must have three to five years of experience building client-side web experiences, including web publishing and version control systems.
  • Deep knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
  • One to three years’ experience working with A/B testing and site personalization efforts, preferably leveraging Adobe Target as a platform.
  • Previous experience working with other Adobe Marketing Cloud technologies would be plus (e.g. Audience Manager, Reports & Analytics).
  • Experience with highly trafficked sites is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with geographically distributed team
  • Track record of consistent delivery and execution
