As a Revenue Growth Manager, you will be part of our fantastic European Dublin based sales team. This is a hybrid role (required to be in our European H/O - Dublin Airport, 2 days a week) The RGM team attend the office on a Tuesday and the 2nd day is flexible / choice of the employee.

In your role as RGM Manager, you will be inspiring and influencing colleagues across Europe, and across functions, to provoke action, focused on driving strategic growth for Kellanova and beyond. You will be responsible for developing& driving a three-year strategy for the Cereal brands portfolio, as well as building the RGM& commercial capability within the business.

Here’s A Taste Of What You Will Be Doing

  • As part of the ABC (Annual Business Cycle) lead on delivering a clear and succinct 3 YR RGM plan, taking key insights from the wider multi-functional teams such Strategy& Insights and the Markets, building a plan that drives all five levers of RGM to unlock sustainable price realisation and margin expansion
  • Develop strong cross functional relationships in order to facilitate the delivery of this plan
  • As part of the RGM team inspire others to have a RGM mindset and to take RGM action& support building RGM capability in our business at all levels
  • Set up frameworks to drive RGM best practice across the organisation and enable consistent ways of working
  • Have real business impact by ensuring the correct business decisions are made using Insights and Analytics
  • Drive RGM agenda for key strategic projects e.g. Sustainability
  • Step change visibility to support decision making with a pulse on in year internal/external performance
  • Be the voice of the retailer and the market within the Category Business Unit, to drive actions that can be executed in store

Your Recipe For Success

  • 3 years + experience of selling or buying with FMCG
  • Strong FMCG commercial experience is essential, with experience of managing or working on a P&L
  • Experience in working in a commercially focused cross functional team is essential
  • Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills are critical to the role
  • Ability to tell a story through a presentation, turning data into insight, into action
  • Ability to build strong relationships& influence people with an external and consumer focus
  • Experience in Revenue Management, ideally OBPPC (Occasion Brand Price Pack Channel)
