Building Surveyor

At Brady Hughes Consulting we have an exciting opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join our team. Brady Hughes Consulting LTD is a prominent multidisciplinary Engineering and Planning consultancy practise based in Drogheda Co. Louth with an expanding Portfolio of commercial and residential projects specialising in the North East of the country. We have over 20 years experience in the construction sector.

• Production of detailed design drawings for commercial and domestic construction projects
• Ensuring all drawings and details are compliant with client and project specification, Relevant building regulations and design standards and consultant’s requirements.
• Preparation of planning applications
• Consulting with client, statutory bodies, and third parties
• Production of detailed reports
• Preparation of BCMS / H&S Files at project completion

Requirements.

• Candidates must hold a degree in Surveying, Architecture or Engineering.
• 2 years minimum experience.
• A high level of proficiency in AutoCAD
• Good technical understanding and detailing skills
• Highly motivated individual with good communication and organisational skills.
