Elusav Recruitment is excited to introduce an outstanding opportunity for an MEP Quality Advisor. This role is within a highly esteemed international tier1 Engineering firm. We are actively seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) engineering and a focus on quality assurance to make a significant contribution to our unwavering commitment to technical excellence and the success of our projects.

As an MEP Quality Advisor, you will assume a pivotal role within our team, providing expertise in quality assurance for various MEP engineering projects. Key Responsibilities
Lead by example
Carry out audits/inspections of Sisk workplaces at a frequency and with intrusiveness in accordance with Policy and Direction set by HSEQS Director
Attend sites following Serious Non Conformances to help support root cause analysis and preventative measures required.
Assist the Quality Improvement Manager in preparation of reports for the BU MD at applicable intervals.
Alert the quality Manager if there is inadequate measures for Quality identified.
In the absence of the Quality Manager Assist tender and prequalification teams where requested advising on Quality concerns as well as helping provide practical solutions.
Assist the Quality Manager in the maintenance and review of the QMS, including the generation and revision of SOPs, guidance and forms as required.
Deliver appropriate through Quality start up meetings in the absence of the Quality Manager.
To promote Quality Awareness and to ensure that the Quality Cycle and support tools are embedded as a constant within all of our people.
To ensure that all employees are aware of the Systems and Supports in place that supports and promotes Quality
To support projects at the start to ensure our quality systems are understood and set up.
To ensure that we are aware as a Group how each site is performing and to report any concerns to the Quality Manager.
To promote greater evolution of Quality Planning from our Sub contractors and Supply chain.
To Support that are standards are to the best internally recognised standards.
To support that we have a robust and focused and fit for purpose Auditing system for Internal Quality Audits.
Reviewing Internal Audits of our Quality Auditors
Advising outcomes of Audits to key stakeholders of the Projects
Analysing Trends and Outcomes of Audits and planning actions to support or mitigate these findings
To support the quality Manager and that we in full compliance with our Quality accreditations – Facilitate External Audits
Support Head office and Regional offices to facilitate External audits
Ensure that finding’s by External Auditors are communicated and acted upon within the Group.
To ensure that these Q10s are implemented.

Experience & Skills
Understand the build process and related functions such as programming, procurement and contract administration.
To have a proven record in the management of projects at a senior level with at least 10 years’ experience in the construction industry.
Good IT skills
