My client, a main contractor in Dublin are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their successful, growing delivery team for a new residential project. This individual will work under the Regional Director to deliver projects from mobilisation right through to commissioning and handover.

Responsibilities:

• Form part of a cohesive and dynamic delivery team carrying out projects across numerous sectors including fitout, refurbishment, new build and conservation works.
• Delivery of high-quality projects and developing long-term relationships with the supply chain, design teams and clients alike.
• Competent in Health & Safety, programming, managing subcontractors, liaising with clients and directing labour accordingly.

Requirements:

• A third level qualification in construction management / engineering is desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years + site/project management experience.
• A strong motivational attitude combined with keen managerial skills coupled with strong commercial awareness are essential.
