Working with our client, a successful Co. Waterford based company. Hartley People Recruitment are looking to fill the position of Project Coordinator.

Experience within the construction industry is advantageous but not a necessity.

The Role:

  • To be the intermediary between the customer and the engineering team.
  • To perform all admin duties.
  • To coordinator all projects for the company.
  • To work with all project managers to ensure projects will be completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • To schedule staff rosters.
  • Utilise the company’s labour in the most efficient manner.
  • Review and update the efficiency of all projects.

The Person:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced administrative environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Proficient with IT.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent time keeping.
