We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Banqueting Manager to join our team.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and have positive attitude
  • Passionate about hospitality and excellent service
  • Must be available Monday-Sunday
  • Flexible with hours/ own Transport
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, time management and organisational skills

Main Duties:

  • To ensure that our customer receive excellent service during banquets and functions
  • Assisting with rosters for the department
  • Engage with guest and act upon guest feedback
  • Ensuring SOPs are updated
  • Team training on our standards and customer service
  • Working alongside and supporting Banqueting Manager
  • Motivate and create engaging work environment within the department
  • To have excellent product knowledge and enjoy sharing
