We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Banqueting Manager to join our team.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and have positive attitude
- Passionate about hospitality and excellent service
- Must be available Monday-Sunday
- Flexible with hours/ own Transport
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, time management and organisational skills
Main Duties:
- To ensure that our customer receive excellent service during banquets and functions
- Assisting with rosters for the department
- Engage with guest and act upon guest feedback
- Ensuring SOPs are updated
- Team training on our standards and customer service
- Working alongside and supporting Banqueting Manager
- Motivate and create engaging work environment within the department
- To have excellent product knowledge and enjoy sharing
