About The Role

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, someone who is motivated, energetic and who has a strong work ethic.

This is to join the Group Treasury Team in Ireland and develop and progress within the world's leading taste and nutrition company. This role reports into the Group Treasury Finance Manager.

Kerry operates a Hybrid working policy, the successful candidate will need to be based near Tralee, Co. Kerry as this role will require time in the office each week.

Key responsibilities

  • Management of day to day running of SAP Treasury modules.
  • Completion of bank reconciliations.
  • Preparation of month end reporting files and facilitating month end Group deadlines by ensuring all Treasury files are received by Global Business Services in a timely manner.
  • Preparation of Group inter-company settlement file, distribution of inter-company statements and completion of payment file.
  • Issue Treasury monthly reporting packs.
  • Support the preparation of both year end and interim statutory accounts and aid with the year end audit.
  • Review of subsidiary financial statements for treasury related matters.
  • Management of FX positions and exposures across the Group.
  • Participate in treasury projects within Treasury and with other departments in Kerry Group.

Qualifications And Skills

In Kerry we understand that people have quite different career trajectories and experiences. To be successful in this role we would be looking for the right competencies and aptitudes as well as your proven track record of success in a similar role and environment.

These Include

  • Qualified in ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
  • Prior exposure to Treasury while preferable is not essential.
  • Good numerical and technical analysis skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Delivery focused with an ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Knowledge of SAP including SAP BPC preferred but not essential
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong team working ethic.
