We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our Team in Blanchardstown, Ireland.

  • Manage the performance of all warehouse functions ensuring compliance with H&S, cGMP
  • Customer Requirements and PCI Policies & Procedures.
  • Ensure the warehouse is maintained in an audit ready state for both customer and regulatory inspections and act as SME for warehouse visits.
  • Work closely with the Planning, Production & QA teams to ensure production kits are available OTIF across all shift patterns.
  • Ensure all completed batch components are reconciled and dispositioned correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Stock management to include cycle counting, inventory consumption reporting / analysis / obsolescence and trend identification for review through an MRB / SIOPS process.
  • Work with the Continuous Improvement team and Department Managers to deliver operational excellence within PCI Ireland focusing on the warehouse functions.
  • Design, implement, review and action critical KPIs for the warehouse function.
  • Identify resourcing and training deficits, develop and implement a plan to correct in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Ensure all customer-driven changes are implemented in full and on time.
  • Manage projects from initiation to closure to include managing resources, planning and prioritising activities, and measuring and reporting on progress.
  • Become an SME for JDE and drive future improvements and upgrades from a logistics and materials perspective.

Requirements

  • Experience in a pharmaceutical, medical device or similar environment. Proficiency in ERP system management and usage.
  • Pragmatic leadership approach with demonstrated ability to coach and mentor team members.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with a record of successfully change management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
