The position
The finish production (FP) track Manager plays a pivotal role within the FF Expansion Ireland project. You will report directly to the Project Vice President and be part of the Project management team.
You have the following task:
- Overall responsible for the process and automation including installation, verification, and operational readiness of the finish production (FP) part of the facility.
- Responsible for ensuring close collaboration with the Fill Finish Expansions program to implement the project-specific technical execution objectives and equipment.
- A key driver in ensuring that the FP process and automation organization is recruited, ramped up, and sufficiently trained for operational readiness during the project phases.
- You play a crucial role in facilitating the organization's full ownership of the FP facility, equipment, standards, and procedures.
Qualifications
The FP track lead possesses significant experience in setting up pharmaceutical finish production. You are a motivating people leader that creates results and engagement in your team and you excel in proactively and efficiently managing complex operations and organizations.
The ideal candidate:
- Has experience in driving major construction projects and solid knowledge of pharmaceutical Finish Production.
- Can achieve results according to project milestones, demonstrating efficient collaboration with multiple stakeholders at different levels.
- Exhibits a motivating and inclusive management style, fostering a positive work environment and promoting collaboration among team members.
- Are ready to relocate to Dublin, Ireland.
About The Department
we are looking to expand our global manufacturing footprint in Ireland, pending final approval.
Once in operation, the facility, located in Greater Dublin, will be part of Novo Nordisk’s global network of manufacturing facilities.
You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 20,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 50,000 employees.
Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
