Our client, a leading international firm, are currently seeking to hire a senior associate to join their Public & Regulatory team in their Dublin office.

The role will involve:
Advising professional regulators in relation to all aspects of their functions, with a specific focus on the fitness to practise inquiry process;
Acting as legal assessor to a professional regulator in the performance of its functions;
Advising on professional regulatory investigations and complex issues concerning professional regulation;
Advising professional services firms on the regulatory requirements for establishing firms/offices in Ireland across a range of professions.

The ideal candidate for this role will have 5+ years PQE, with previous Public & Regulatory law experience.
