Main Responsibilities

  • Assist the Goods In team with Same day ERP transactions
  • Assist the Dispatch team with Same day ERP transactions
  • Provide Admin Support to the Inventory Management team
  • Support Ordering and control of Consumables requirements within our Warehouse network.
  • Work with Procurement in managing the Corrugated box inflow/outflow
  • Work with Procurement and Warehouse in managing the Inflow/Outflow of Pallet requirements
  • Admin support to ensure that all Warehouse SOP’s are accurate on our System of Record
  • Support Inventory management with ensuring daily Cycle counting is executed and updated on our System of record
  • Manage Consumables Stock levels and Ordering with Vendors

Operational Activities

  • All ERP transactions related to Logistics activities are updated on a real time basis
  • Admin support for all Logistics packaging requirements and ordering of same between each Warehouse and Procurement
  • Support Weekly Logistics Meetings thus ensuring good Communication across the team
  • Participate to ABC classification and contribute to C-Class consumable activity according to the standard rules in place.
  • Contribute to the implementation of Environment Health Safety (EHS) requirements for logistic: packaging solutions / warehouse process optimization / waste reduction & management.
  • Work closely with Operations, material planning, warehouse, Procurement, manufacturing teams and ERP team.
  • Support Logistics team across CI tasks
