Your mission

Reporting to the Chief Delivery Officer, as a Lead Legal Analyst: Document Review at Johnson Hana, you will:

• Oversee and provide Quality Control on Discovery and Data Subject Access Request projects by reviewing documents tagged and redacted by First Level reviewers.
• Act as the voice of the review team, working as the main point of contact on matters such as queries and clarifications on review guidance and maintaining query logs.
• Carry out the necessary searches and batching to support your Quality Control efforts.
• Assist in the preparation of review briefing and process documents based on client briefings or policies, Discovery Orders or other sources.
• Prepare reports of Quality Control outcomes and work with project managers to design and implement control measures to prevent recurrence.
• Conduct review team briefing and onboarding as required and mentor more junior review team members.
• Provide a fast and responsive first level review capability for urgent or sensitive client requests.
• Work closely with review our project managers, legal solutions architects and commercial directors to elevate the service we provide to our clients, bring efficiencies and identify further opportunities
  
  
  

Your profile

• Strong track record of previous experience on Discovery or DSAR review projects as a first and second line reviewer
• Fully qualified Solicitor or Barrister an advantage
• Experience in other review type project work such as FOI requests, Access to Information on the Environment or investigations an advantage
• Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a range of audiences
• Familiarity with e-Discovery platforms such as Reveal Data, Relativity and Clearwell
• A proactive individual who works well with KPIs
