What you will do:

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Assist in creating and optimizing data models for analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure accurate data delivery into Power BI.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop technical solutions.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and provide actionable insights.
• Participate in an agile Scrum team to experience a collaborative work environment.

What you bring & who you are:

• Passion for data and BI solutions, with a drive to learn and grow.
• Background in engineering, mathematics, business, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI or similar tools (via coursework or projects is a plus).
• Eagerness to learn data modeling, DAX calculations, and modern BI technologies.
• Fluent in English; German (Baden) or Spanish (Madrid) is a plus.
• Curious, open-minded, and ready to challenge the status quo in a team-oriented setting.
