Time: 35h/week in morning schedule

Job title:
An exciting opportunity has recently become available for a Remote Service Engineer Intern in our Digital Computational Pathology (DCP) to join our Enterprise Informatics business (EI).

Your role:

• In this role you will have the opportunity to significantly contribute to growing our DCP business by implementing complex IT solutions for our healthcare customers.
• You will join 5-people team in Madrid and you will be in contact with Remote Engineers, Application Specialists and our clients.
• You will work with incidents of the server software solution, consult the customers on technical IT topics and questions, implement the Digital Pathology IT solutions for new customer projects enabling storing and real time streaming of up to petabytes of data, upgrade existing customers to newer versions of the software.
• It will be a 6-months, remunerated internship. We work in a hybrid mode, our office is located in Sanchinarro, Madrid.

You're the right fit if:
1. You are currently studying towards a bachelor or master in IT, Biomedical Engineering or similar (you must be able to sign a "convenio de practicas" with your univeristy) You can commit 35h/week in a morning schedule.
2. You speak fluent Spanish and English. Knowledge of Italian or French would be a big plus.
3. You have knowledge of operational systems, networking, virtualization, databases, applications.
4. You are a team player with a strong ability to communicate with all levels of customers and liaise effectively with internal and external support functions.
