Position Summary


The Nestlé System Technology Centre (NSTC) in Orbe is Nestlé’s leading R&D centre for the design, development and deployment of Nestlé delivery systems, offering expertise in machines, packaging and products for in-home and out-of-home.


As a Human Resources Intern, you will provide support to the HR team and offer operational assistance in various employee lifecycle processes, talent acquisition and development, performance management, and training. Additionally, you will be involved in different HR projects.

A Day in the Life of a Human Resources Intern


  • Maintenance and monitoring of personal files and data in SAP and SuccessFactors systems.
  • Collaboration with the operational HR team Employee Services regarding various employee lifecycle processes (internal transfers, contract extensions and terminations, retirement, jubilee, promotion, salary increase, parental leave, etc.)
  • Preparation of HR data reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) based on needs and data verification
  • Provide assistance to employees with various HR inquiries
  • Preparation of annual Talent and Performance sessions with HR Business Partners (meeting organization, communication, preparation of presentation materials)
  • Support in organizing training sessions within the company
  • Management of projects independently or in support of the HR team


What will make you successful


  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in business administration, HR or any related field
  • Highly organized with a strong customer-focused mindset
  • Good communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrates openness and curiosity, while fostering a strong team-player mindset
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain the highest level of discretion and privacy in handling sensitive information
  • Good command of Microsoft Office. Digital savvy
  • Fluent in French and English is a strong asset (written and spoken)
