IT Business Services Manager

Full Time 2-Year Special Purpose Contract

Location: Bon Secours Hospital Dublin (Glasnevin)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Business Services Manager to join the Bon Secours Health System, Ireland’s largest Private Healthcare provider. The role will focus on enhancing the IT Information Services within the Bon Secours Hospital in Dublin (Glasnevin), acting as the liaison between IT, hospital management and the Department Heads. The successful candidate will proactively serve as a “trusted advisor,” for Senior Management to ensure the IT service priorities and needs of the Bon Secours Hospital Dublin are met through the effective use of technology.

Ideal Candidate:

• Third level Qualification in an IT discipline OR Third level Qualification in a Clinical discipline with IT projects experience.
• Relevant experience in a Health care Environment or large complex organisation.
• Proven experience as a Information Services Manager or similar managerial role in one or more of the following:
• Business Analysis
• Quality Management
• Account Management
• Hospital Administration
• Clinical management role
• I.T Operations
• Project Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft programs including advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
