Description du poste

For a period of 6 months from February 2025

  • Support of our Hospitality Manager in multiple projects related to the department such as new infrastructures, checklists, and work procedures
  • Participation in the organization of events for staff and management
  • Ensuring the maintenance and development of the IT structures put in place in the field of Hospitality and creating various internal communications
  • Support for the establishment of visit programs, the coordination of these and the accompaniment of our guests during visits to the company
  • Integration of the team during staff absences or busy days to ensure the management of the service in general or at the reception

Profil

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management in progress (e.g. 2nd internship in the 3rd year of EHL)
  • Practical experience of your knowledge acquired to date, including service and reception
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office tools

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to adapt to various environments


Langues

  • Fluent in German and French, with intermediate proficiency in English
