Description du poste
For a period of 6 months from February 2025
- Support of our Hospitality Manager in multiple projects related to the department such as new infrastructures, checklists, and work procedures
- Participation in the organization of events for staff and management
- Ensuring the maintenance and development of the IT structures put in place in the field of Hospitality and creating various internal communications
- Support for the establishment of visit programs, the coordination of these and the accompaniment of our guests during visits to the company
- Integration of the team during staff absences or busy days to ensure the management of the service in general or at the reception
Profil
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management in progress (e.g. 2nd internship in the 3rd year of EHL)
- Practical experience of your knowledge acquired to date, including service and reception
- Good knowledge of MS-Office tools

- Fluent in German and French, with intermediate proficiency in English
