The duties of the Administrative Assistant (Payroll) are to prepare, process and manage end to end accurate payrolls, and assist and support the Payroll Manager , Payroll Team, and Finance Department. Manage compliance with all policies and statutory regulation. Work to develop both with internal and external agencies to provide best practice in all payroll matters. Ad-hoc projects and duties as required.
The role is primarily a Finance role however there may be a requirement to work/assist as required in any section of the Finance Departments as directed.
The post holder will work closely with the: Human Resources Departments · Medical HR Department & Department Heads throughout the Mater Campus. Please note that this list is not exhaustive and key working relationships will change as required.
