What we are looking for

The candidates, within Amplifon corporate IT area and the Omnichannel Retail Applications Division, will report to the Global IT Retail Experience Manager and will be an active and strategic part of a long- term Digital Transformation project that aims at reviewing business processes and renewing front-office applications at a global level. They will participate in the execution of an omnichannel platform design program based on Salesforce, and they will support its implementations across multiple countries.

Job details

  • Engage with local and global internal customers to understand needs and translate them into business requirements
  • Identify efficient solutions and define functional design to address new needs or gaps versus the in-place implementation
  • Deal with system-integrators to challenge solutions and validate design
  • Deal with the internal development factory to ensure high quality delivery
  • Lead project execution, including performing gap analysis, prioritization, scheduling, testing coordination
  • Networking with business units and IT to integrate or ensure synergy with other software applications
  • Support users by troubleshooting applications, by training users, or by delivering innovation



Who we are looking for

  • Degree or equivalent background
  • They have acquired an experience of about 1-3 years in the delivery of complex IT projects, focusing on the analysis, functional design and testing of Salesforce solutions, operating in fast-paced and multi-country contexts. Experience within the retail industry is a plus
  • They have gained experience with the Sales and Service Could modules (Salesforce Admin). Experience with field service and CPQs is a plus
  • Fluent English is required
  • Project management skills: ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and concentrate on detailed information in a fast-paced demanding work environment with limited supervision
  • Availability to 20% travel worldwide is required
