Global Commercial Lead, Revenue Growth Management

Are you an experienced RGM professional looking for a new opportunity to develop strategies and plans to help Ireland’s first €1bn food brand meet our ambitious revenue growth deliverables?
Working closely with the Global Head of RGM for Ornua Foods and partnering with cross functional commercial teams across our global markets, the Commercial RGM Lead will play a key role in optimising our commercial price strategy, price pack architecture and trade spend while providing actionable market assessment.
This role can be based in Ireland, UK, Germany, Spain or North America.

Why This Role Is Valuable:
This is a brand new role within the newly created Global RGM function in the business, and will be a change catalyst for transforming how we work with Ornua’s data sources to harvest insight to deliver Triple Win commercial plans & meet Ornua’s revenue growth deliverables & ambitious business targets.
What You Bring To The Role:
- 10+ years’ experience in Revenue Growth Management and Business Analytics (ideally in the FMCG sector)
- Excellent analytical and financial skills
- Results-oriented individual who can execute a long-term strategy
- Data curious
- Financially rigorous
- Passionate about improving business performance
