Job Title: Senior Financial Accountant
Business Unit: Shared Services - Finance
Report to: Head of Finance
Location: Ergo Office
Type: Full - Time, Permanent
Overview/Role Description:
Working as part of a dedicated and dynamic finance team this role will report on a daily basis to the Head of Finance
Main Responsibilities:

• Development of month end close procedures, reconciliation processes and governance.
• Establish monthly consolidation of all legal entities and reconcile to Management Accounts
• Establish and maintain cash flow reporting
• Develop and enhance our use of NAV and relevant financial systems.
• Lead external audits for all legal entities.
• Review and approval of all VAT,VIES and Intrastat returns for Irish and UK entities.
• Ensure tax compliance across all legal entities.
• Intercompany accounting and transfer pricing.
• Provide cover for relevant Finance Business Partners
• Other payroll
  

Essential Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA).
• 2 + years PQE
• Post qualification Industry experience desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; especially Excel.
• Experience in consolidations and external reporting desirable
• Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high attention to detail
  

Knowledge Of:

• Microsoft Office suite essential
• Microsoft Navision advantageous
