Your tasks

• Support the Content Team with research, project management, liaison with internal stakeholders (such as IT) and publishing processes (external & internal)
• Tracking of content performance and reporting on the impact of our multi-channel communication strategy
• Regular preparation of content reviews and measuring analytics
• Follow and research industry trends, such as AI and new formats, in alignment with the Corporate Digital Projects team as well as benchmarking with peers
  

Your profile

• At least 1-2 years of experience in communications (corporate, media or agency, including internships), preferably in an international environment; Experience in project management preferred
• Strong interest in end-to-end content development, channel activation, publishing and performance measurement
• Ability to support the team across a variety of disciplines, including employee communications, external and digital communications
• Strong organizational skills, agility and creativity with hands-on attitude
• Enthusiastic communication all-rounder with interest in new communications trends
• Professional fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
