Technical Requirements

• Strong experience working with public cloud solutions (preferred AWS);
• Strong experience working with virtualization technologies (preferred VM Ware);
• Strong experience working with server operating systems (Windows servers is a must have; familiarity with Linux is very desirable)
• Strong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact;
• Strong data gathering, interviewing, and analytical/problem solving skills;
• Strong customer service orientation;
• Strong interpersonal skills: able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department;
• Strong leadership, sound judgment, and business and technology acumen skills;
