We are on the search for our next Financial Analyst. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Head of FP&A, CFO, and CEO during a period of rapid expansion. Main Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for the 5-Year Business Planning model for our StayCity Group
• Offer valuable assistance and support during the annual budgeting process.
• Deliver critical insights and analytics to our Executive Leadership Team
• Produce the comprehensive Board Report and Monthly Performance Updates, shared with our key stakeholders, including banking partners and other investors.
• Interpret and analyse the financial implications of operational and commercial KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Provide essential insights and in-depth analysis regarding capital expenditure, categorized by project
• Conduct a thorough review and analysis of the effectiveness and efficiency of our existing systems, and pioneer strategies for improving these systems.
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• A solid academic background: You've achieved 450+ Leaving Certificate Points (or an equivalent for international candidates).
• You’ve earned a 2.1 honours degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• You're a highly analytical individual, at ease when working with numerical data.
• You possess a strong business acumen and are motivated by the opportunity to create a positive impact.
• Proficiency in Excel is a core competency; in fact, you're either already a pro or keen to become one.
• You've got a natural talent for analytics; diving into data and extracting insights.
• Driven by ambition, you are at an early stage in your career but aspire to reach great heights.
