Job Summary

The Finance Business Partner will be the lead for financial and business planning and forecasting for the Jabil Bray site.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop an appreciation of the operational and commercial structure of the Jabil manufacturing business in Bray
  • Collaborate with the commercial teams and play a leading role in the budgeting, planning and forecasting cycles for the business
  • Take the lead on local capex planning, investing and reporting
  • Oversee the pricing and standard costing processes for both existing and new customer lines
  • Be a business partner and explain performance variances to various stakeholders
  • Compute and prepare data for monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • Coordinate with other departments in preparation of special analyses and reports.
  • Understand and take the lead in labour and overhead allocations between customer lines. Both reporting and forecasting.
  • Must take personal accountability for your own safety. Support culture of safety management through compliance with all safety policies, safety observation reporting and proactive involvement in Jabil AIM and Safety First programmes.
  • 100% Compliance on Monthly Safety Procedures Training.
  • Ensures compliance with all company policies and practices in areas such as safety and all regulatory compliance.

  • Supports all company quality programs and initiatives.

  • Principles of data integrity must be strictly adhered to.

  • Other responsibilities may be assigned from time to time as needed, based on the evolution of the company and the requirements of the department/position.

Job Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting desirable
  • Professional CIMA/ACA/ ACCA qualification desirable
  • 2-3 years experience in Finance (preferably in a manufacturing industrial company)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office products, especially EXCEL
  • Experience working with SAP (or similar ERP system)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to work with various teams and disciplines
  • US GAAP experience
