Dalata Finance Graduate Programme – (ACA accredited)

Dalata Hotel Group plc, the largest hotel group in Ireland with a growing presence in the UK and continental Europe, operates 50 hotels under the Maldron Hotel and Clayton Hotel brands. We are now inviting applications for the 2024 intake of the Finance stream of our Dalata Graduate Programme, commencing in September 2024.

Dalata is committed to developing talent within the organisation and growing future leaders for strategic succession planning. Our ACA Finance graduate programme has been highly successful over the last nine years and many of our managers commenced their Dalata journey on the graduate programme. Succession from the graduate programme to management is strong with many our previous graduates still employed within the company. We have over 5,500 employees and we are on an exciting journey in our expansion plan, making Dalata the ideal place to complete your graduate programme.

Our finance stream provides an excellent experience for the future Finance Managers of Dalata to develop their experience, knowledge and learning over the 3.5-year programme.  The programme offers successful candidates an opportunity to build on your recent qualifications and become a qualified accountant with Chartered Accountants Ireland (ACA). It also provides a rounded business experience to assist you on your career progression. We will support the successful candidate with their ACA exams throughout the programme and offer bespoke, on the job training in addition to formal recognised training.

We would like to hear from you if you:

• Are a high calibre, ambitious graduate (degree level) who wants to learn and grow
• Have a strong academic record, preferably a 2.1 overall result. It is preferable that the candidate's degree is in Accountancy, Finance, Commerce or Hospitality Management
• Are pursuing a professional accounting qualification in Finance
• Are looking to train in industry and get the added benefit of relevant business and commercial experience
• Experience in hotel, hospitality, or any customer care role advantageous but not a requirement
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland/UK for an unlimited time with full visa option without renewal for the 3.5 years 
• Excellent standard of spoken and written English
