Crisis Response Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead/manage/supervise a function/organization/department/team in the development, and/or implementation and/or execution in their own area of responsibility. Each day, you will be accountable for the delivery of solutions, and enhancements, creating technology roadmaps that align organizational plans with emerging technology solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring efficient service capabilities. The work model for the role is #LI #Onsite This role is contributing to the IS Services globally. You will be mainly accountable for: • Lead major/critical incident, maintaining contact with high management/business stakeholders. • Utilize ServiceNow ticketing platform for effective incident tracking and resolution. • Create clear business-oriented communication to keep stakeholders informed. • Demonstrate a basic understanding of technical aspects to coordinate complex issues. • Apply ITIL principles for end-to-end incident, problem, change, and configuration management. • Possess excellent communication, planning, and presentation skills. • Comfortable working under stress for prolonged periods • Capable of respectfully challenging senior management when necessary, ensuring alignment with crisis response strategies and objectives. • Ability to prioritize tasks, work unsupervised, and maintain detailed records. • Cultural awareness and ability to work in a multicultural environment. • Strong leadership skills with a customer-focused approach. • Willingness to work continuously with no days off and little break during crisis situations, ensuring a rapid and effective response. • Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure environments, maintaining professionalism and efficiency. • Take ownership of crisis response activities and ensure proactive coordination with relevant stakeholders. • Maintain readiness to lead technical calls for prolonged periods, guiding teams toward resolution and minimizing downtime. • Drive post-incident analysis to identify areas for improvement and enhance organizational resilience.

Qualifications for the role

  • Technical Graduate with at least 5 years of experience in major/high severity management (documented on this position)
  • Experience with business bridge calls/ contact with high management/ business
  • Experience in working with Service Now ticketing platform
  • Experience with creating business oriented communication
  • Basic understanding of technical aspects needed to coordinate complex infrastructure and applications issues and outages.
  • You are ITIL practitioner with previous experience in end to end management of incident, problem, change and configuration
